If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the relevant payment method or process.

  • PIN code

Cozy Frames shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

We deliver orders across Pan India through our shipping and courier partners.

Shipping charges, estimated delivery timelines and other applicable delivery information will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, unforeseen events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Quality Check & Packaging

Every product is subject to our internal quality-check process before dispatch.

We take reasonable care in packaging products to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders are processed after confirmation and may not be cancelled once they have entered processing, production or dispatch.

Because our products undergo quality checks and are carefully packed before dispatch, we do not generally accept cancellation or return requests for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection or similar reasons.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
